§ 12.20.010. Short title and purpose.

This chapter shall be known as the "Bannock County Public Recreation and Events Services Areas Ordinance." This chapter is enacted for the purpose of regulating the operation of Bannock County public recreation and events services areas, and controlling the activities of the public within such areas and providing for penalties for the violation of the provisions of this chapter.
