Chapters 13.16—Sewer Regulations, 13.18—Septage Waste Haulers, 13.20—Nonresidential
Wastewater Dischargers, and 13.24—Extensions of Sewer Collection and/or Water Systems,
of the city of Chubbuck, Idaho ordinance are incorporated by reference into these
regulations. All powers, authority and responsibility of the Chubbuck city council
referred to in the incorporated ordinances are hereby granted to the CIAWCA board.
All references to the public works director or pretreatment coordinator referred to
in the incorporated ordinances shall correspond to the CIAWCA administrator for purposes
of this chapter. The city of Chubbuck ordinances incorporated into this chapter are
available for review at the office of the city clerk, City of Chubbuck, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, 83202.
