§ 16.08.120. Exceptions.

Lots that have been illegally subdivided into four or fewer parcels that would have otherwise qualified for a minor land division under Section 16.16.070 of this title, may remedy the division by completing the process as described in Section 16.16.070, minor division of land into four or fewer parcels.
