§ 17.20.030. Uses permitted.

Uses permitted in the residential suburban district shall be as follows:

A.

Single-family dwellings.

B.

Duplexes.

C.

Livestock on one acre or more of land.

D.

Public service facilities

E.

Livestock pens or runs located a minimum distance of fifty (50) feet from a neighboring house, or the minimum setback for a residence if no house yet exists.

F.

Accessory buildings, structures and uses which are customarily incidental to residential uses.

G.

Home occupations as defined in this title.

H.

Churches.

I.

State licensed day care for up to six client children at any one time in the day care operator's primary residence or a day care center.

J.

Golf courses.

K.

Private, noncommercial recreational facilities.
