§ 8.20.010. Authority and purpose.

The ordinance codified in this chapter is adopted pursuant to the authority granted by Idaho Code Section 31-801 to provide for safety and promote the health, morals, peace, order, comfort, and convenience of the inhabitants of Bannock County.
